Unfortunately, you will have to rebuild the runtime in a folder structure that Poser can recognize and access. DAZ set up studio from the beginning so that it can recognize and open Poser runtimes, but the runtimes it creates, even with poser-compatible items, cannot be seen by Poser because the folders are not named the same nor are they in the same directory tree structure. As Suro already said, this is immensely tedious - but, once done, it is definitely worth the hassle.
Poser doesn't care how many runtimes you have, but every runtime you have must follow this structure of folder naming and hierarchy:
Runtime
- Geometries
- Textures
- Libraries
- - Camera
- - Face
- - Hair
- - Hand
- - Light
- - Materials
- - Pose
- - Props
If it's a figure of any kind (including conforming clothing), it goes under the "character" folder. If it's a prop of any kind (I.E. it doesn't have a bone hierarchy), it goes under the "props" folder, and so on. You can have any number of sub-folders beneath these folders in any arrangement you like, but Poser needs this root hierarchy and division of items to find stuff.
Nanobot said:Characters = .cr2 files.
Props = .pp2 files
poses = .pz2 files
hands = .hd2 files
cameras = .cm2 files
hair props = .hr2 files
Materials = .mt5 or mt6 files
Face files = .fc2 files
light files = .lt2 files.
So, characters are *anything* ending in .cr2. Really, anything; don't care if it's a set or a person or an animal or a tank, it's something that is rigged. This flexibility is sort of why pose files can be either material pose or figure pose files.

Yes, the lighting vids were really good!
And I put a whole swath of links about getting comic style & fonts & stuff for Photoshop over in "Do cyberchickens..."

Does anyone know what real-world gun this is modeled on? http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/cgv45-06-for-poser/93497
ETA - I'm not that knowlegeable, but it looks rather like a Browning High-Power.
The one on the left looks more like a Springfield V-16 Compact .45 Government Pistol. The one right-bottom looks like a standard goverment 45. Either way, all three are clearly based on the standard government pattern.Nanobot said:Topic zig-zag -
