  • And he looks like he's up to no good, as usual. Whether it's experimenting with explodey magics (or chemistry) or talking someone out of their clothing, I can't say. Is a very puckish Elven lord.

  • Ooooh, beautiful! Very tasty.

And look, more Boot Porn! On Trent, a seldom-seen figment of mine. He's more of an Everyman kinda guy. No setting at all on this because he's going in a promo.

  • Also...no bg because is for store promo ... Alex wearing Trystan (!) as well as some makeup I added. For the Gothiness. Alex is doing his best Morticia Addams imitation, minus the dress. Only goes to show that he has too much jaw to be a pretty woman, despite his nice lips. And he really doesn't like me for saying that...

  • A yumyumyum and a yum yum yum.  ;)

The purple boots work really well with the outfit.  :D
  • There's some stretching in the shins. Too much? Should I poke at the rigging?

And thank you--your jeggings are immensely helpful and nice.

Yes, Madame, there will be No More Poking. Was said with great weariness, I might add. I'm ready to birth this thing.

  • Those are great, Nan!  Poking with rigging is never fun at all- but seeing Alex in those boots and that color is really fun.  Trystan too- that adorable one.

I didn't realize you picked up Trystan- thank you!  And may I say, Alex looks nummy in his skin. ;)

    ........that sounded bad.

LOL - yes, that kind of psycho behavior is so not Alex. But he's tried a lot of skin textures, so...well, he never complains. He knows I'm just trying to get him right. I added a couple of hairs to the eyebrows. The makeup is from this "Guyliner" merchant resource of boy makeup. Haven't really used it before--jeez, why not? It was easy to do. Is just Photoshop layers, after all.

In spite of his gender-bending proclivities, Alex won't wear dresses. Just...no. Beautiful kimonos and sarongs, sure. Real dresses, no. :P

  • lol-no, that's more Damian's style.  Which...I should re-make my Psycho. I adore him. ;)

I do like the make up you've used on him...Is that a freebie, or purchasable?  Speaking of buying...take my money for those boots!  XD

I can't see him in a dress...kimono or sarong, yes.  Deeeeeeefinitely.

  • "Welcome to the Madhouse"

    image
Rose walked in, expecting something other than an empty space under the lighting dome, and stopped in the center, turning in a full circle. As she completed the 360th degree, she found herself nose to collarbone with the tall young man she had been expecting.

It startled a laugh out of her. "Damn, boy, you need a bell around your neck."

"True," he said. "My sweeties keep tying one there and I keep taking it off." He offered his hand for a shake. "Alex Gotth, at your service."

"Daisy Rose," she said, shaking. "Just call me Rose."

"Yes, ma'am, I shall." She looked him up and down while he smiled at her: six well-muscled feet of him, in shorts, barefoot. Long seal-brown hair skinned back neatly in a ponytail, golden eyes framed by lashes her girlfriend Vee would kill for. Nose a bit too long, strong cheekbones. Probably some Native American amongst his ancestors, same as her. And nail polish. On his fingers and toes. Girly-man with muscles, yep, that's the one. And polite, too, at least.

"I'd been told you had more of a set-up," she said, nodding at the non-existant furnishings.

"Oh, this? Sorry about that. She's been working on this pair of boots for weeks and weeks, and doing nothing but photographing--oh, hey, you got a pair! Cool."

"Aren't you allowed to wear shoes?"

He peered at his bare, painted tootsies. "Oh, sure. I just...forget to put them on. Summer, southern boy. Go figure." And he looked back up at her with a charmingly silly grin. "Welcome to the madhouse. I heard that your former employer ran it like a movie studio."

"Yep. Say, she doesn't come jazz-sliding through here when you say the word, 'boogie,' does she?"

"Oh no. She's very shy. Never comes in here physically, actually." He tapped the side of his head. The nail polish was going to take some getting used to. "But we hear her. This is more like an extended virtual reality. We mostly spend our time near the estate, in Palmers Rest. You might catch her there. She likes to pretend she's one of the butlers."

"Weird, but what the heck. When do I get to see the estate?"

"Right now, if you like! Hold my hand." He didn't wait for her, but enfolded her hand in his large, warm one.  "Don't worry," he added. "We won't debauch you without your permission. Now, step forward."

And when she did, they twisted away into a very bright space...

  • He got a nice home and you have a fuzzball to cuddle on the occasions that he isn't zooming around the house at full speed. :)
  • terre, he was lonely. every time the 2 year old upstairs cried he was trying to find his siblings. he wouldn't let us sleep. so...

yesterday i got his littlest sister.

    miss mausee purrsilla fuzzling.

she is tiny, dainty, quiet, squeaks and jumps like a mouse. she is a brindle tabby, every color but white striped and a spotted belly. it took hours but felis finally fell asleep and let us sleep.

    now there are two.

after they ate they sat and groomed their faces with opposite paws like a mirror at the same time. i have never seen that. well, they are part of quadruplets, acting like twins. i got a photo of them asleep on the condo but it was dark. i'll try for better pics in daytime. i didn't dare turn on a bright light and have him awake again!

all is well in the cat world now.
