D3 morphs, Muscularity and base morphs, David skin, Twilya for V4 for the hair and Nano's Scandalous shirt she made with the base textures.  The program, after conforming, worked well enough that minor adjustments were needed only on the shirt and none on the hair to get them to fit the Gen model.

I will use all of my programs to keep my options open, however I still have a lot to learn on each.  In the end, what gives me the end result I want will be used be it Studio, Carrara, Bryce, or Poser Pro.  XD

They are important things! :)  Yeah, he isn't quite Mikhail to me either.  The facial structure isn't right, and definitely the arch to the eyebrows is not what I wanted.  For his morph it was part facial morphing part brows- and that beard.  XD  Do you know I never pictured my figment with one until I found that texture set?

I can still hear him protest once in a while for it to be removed from the man.  *Grin*

He doesn't speak Mikhail to me at all...but there IS something in his face I liked.  That, and the smirk.  I'll have you know your shirt conformed almost perfect to the Gen figure in DS4 Pro!  I was duly impressed.  The only tweaking I had to do was on the upper shoulder/armpit area, and it was minor.

As for this past weekend I'd take that liquid Happy, with GLEE even. I'm so...durn....TIRED.....@.@

It's after five p.m. somewhere!  Whatchya havin', I'll take a group rate for the Three Wisemen and slap in a Four Horsemen to boot. :D

Actually it's scotch, whiskey and jose' if you have them all.  It's my usual drink. One shot of  Jim Beam, one shot of Jack Daniel's and one shot of Johnny Walker-neat, no ice.

Sometimes I'll add Jose Quervo or Petrone if I'm feelin' it. 

I haven't gotten ill off of the Three Wisemen in years- give me one beer, though and in the E.R. I'll be in about twenty minutes.  Last beer I had took three epi-pens and IV medications to counteract the allergic reaction I had gotten from it.

The Wise guys?  Mm...A fav.  My record had been eight of them before having to stop.

What on earth do they put into American beers? I have never head of anybody having an allergic reaction to beer, let alone of this magnitude. But then German beer only has four ingredients if I recall correctly: barley, water, hops and yeast ( the latter is not mentioned in the original the law of 1516).

And they do put preservatives into some widely distributed American beers--so it'll travel, I expect. You want unadulterated, brew it yourself or go microbrewery.

I tend to avoid wheat-beers and the super-hoppy, but I do make a darn good red ale. :D

i got lost... ok, so i just posted my last post, there, on the artzone crossroads,

Orange juice and apricot brandy makes a very refreshing drink for hot summer days.

Can't stand the smell of beer/lager either. I've tried sips of various brews as hubby is a big fan, especially of real ales, but they all taste the same to me; and guiness is like drinking liquidised iron filings :)

Mind you these days, one glass of red wine gives me a hot flush and keeps me awake all night, and white gives me headaches, so if I drink I have to balance the enjoyment with consequences :(

@ Ladyfur - "Mikhail" is one of Dar/Grim's recurring figments. I borrowed him for a picture; I'm rather a fan of Mik's. No, definitely NOT Barishnikov. Nothing so benign. Pardon the flirtation. However, I will not pardon the Industrial Strength Elf (Ariolas, one of my figments) on the left. Dar's Mikhail is on the right.

I have to admit, Luthbel does amazing work. His clothing really is
beautiful. However, I really hate Daz 4 pushing Genesis. I've used Genny
and I must admit, it's pretty in an artistic way, but that's basically
it. I love the idea that anything for the gen 4 figures will fit it
(within reason) however, Daz 4 is so atrociously set up that it makes Poser look simple, which I'm now learning. Not to mention the backlash they're gaining from completely ignoring the input from their user community ( I myself have experienced this with countless emails sent to the Daz team only to be ignored. Not saying I expect undivided attention, but when a user for over 6 years reports a problem shouldn't I at least get a "Let me see if we can fix this so you can enjoy our new product" reply?) I think that in a few months
when their sales hit rock bottom, that eventually Daz will get the point.
What's the point in buying anything from them if the figure they're
pushing so hard is not really that much of a marked improvement from gen
4, not to mention incompatible with Poser.

As far as body shapes and anatomy go, yes Genesis, and m5 have a long way to go. My biggest complaint about m4 was the area where the arm meets the shoulder. What a horrid mess that is. And because I like the "bodybuilder now" button it gets even worse in that area. The textures stretch almost like melted wax, and clothing 9 times out of 10 have their oddest fits or the most poke through in that spot. Along comes Genesis and if anything, they made the arms even worse in my opinion.

they sent a bill! now...

it doesn't say jumpline on the whois, it says
enom. but... enoms whois says our name
is with... wait for it: myhostcenter which is...

which was when we LEFT jumpline!!!

i am beyond livid. in january it took 3 tries
to get our domain transferred because they

Network Solutions charges about $35 a year for a single domain, no hosting. You can, of course, "park" domains on your main one--this is not actual new web space, but basically creates a pointer so that when someone types in http://www.fredman.me, for example, they get www.cooltuna.com.

no, what happened is we DID move the domain and name back
in february, but apparently jumpline did NOT release it :( so
they sent a bill. we did contact them, angrily, and they sent a code
so our new host since february WILL get it, IF we CONFIRM that yes,
we really did authorize it. (sigh) what i suspect happened is this:

100megs, a good host, sold out to jumpline last year.
when all he// broke loose we left them. (87 k spam emails
to our box in ONE DAY, shadow's birthday, nonetheless, in
january, and they REFUSED to filter spam anymore unless we
wanted to pay for a private server!) we ran, screaming from
them to new webhost. jumpline held up the domain site transfer
3 times. finally, they let it go in february. we were of the opinion
that they released our domain at that same time.

they didn't.

i was on phone with new host, who was baffled. the name should have
transferred in february with the domain itself! now... jumpline has this
odd annoying bs thing that you have to confirm that yes, you want them
to hth and stop holding you hostage... but... in feb. they lied and claimed
they no longer had us.

here's the glitch. our domain whois shows SOMEBODY renewed us in
february. AFTER we told them not to! and, they shouldn't have, because
we are paid up until july!!

between that and the new daz website being slower than molasses,
which i probably misspelled, my trust level of the internet is plummeting
rapidly. i wish i could do art...

anyway... just a headsup, the new daz formus cannot be posted to
at all yet, nor is there much content on the site itself. it is so far
not an improvement, which was what many of us figured would
happen. i still miss artzone.

the last thread on the commons yesterday got to 220 pages just
before the site shut down...
